Exposed again by his own words and his followers can’t get enough.
That's the problem at it's core. The dumbing down of America.

The Greatest Generation would never have put up with that guy. He would get under 30% of the vote.

"Ask not what your country can do for you" seems like 1000 years ago now.

And what's up with all these confederate flags ?

Do these nitwits even realize that flag was never flown over confederate installations during the Civil War?
They had 3 different flags. Non of them are what as known as the modern confederate flag.
Towards the end of the war, their third flag had the modern confederate flag up in the corner where the stars are on the real flag.
Most of the war was a three striped confederate flag with one white star up in the corner.
Maybe they should use the real one of they still think the south had a legitimate cause in continuing slavery and trying to expand it to the west.

You know you can go on YouTube and listen to old recordings on Civil War confederate veterans who openly admit thay didn't really know or completely understand why they were fighting.

Incredible. But it was the 1860s. You'd think we would have smartened up over the last 160 years.
Maybe not.

Perry, a top Trump ally, said the FBI "made no attempt to contact my lawyer, who would have made arrangements for them to have my phone if that was their wish. I’m outraged — though not surprised — that the FBI under the direction of Merrick Garland’s DOJ, would seize the phone of a sitting Member of Congress.”

In his statement, first reported by Fox News, Perry added that his “phone contains info about my legislative and political activities, and personal/private discussions with my wife, family, constituents, and friends. None of this is the government’s business.”

A Justice Department spokesperson did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

Perry then compared the cellphone seizure to the FBI's search of Trump's Mar-a-Lago home in Palm Beach, Florida, on Monday.

“(A)s with President Trump last night, DOJ chose this unnecessary and aggressive action instead of simply contacting my attorneys. These kinds of banana republic tactics should concern every Citizen," Perry said.

Cry me a river ……
yeah, contacting a republican's lawyer is always productive...you get a run around bullshit story, then they pretend they'll cooperate while slow walking in the wrong direction, then they start trying to block whatever you're trying to get to, then they call you a nazi when you finally have to just take the shit by force...
uncooperative, obstructionist, criminal fucks...republicans and their lawyers both

Politics should be a tiny fraction of one's attention and then only around election day. Not 100% of the time every single day.
only when one can trust both parties to have the best interests of the country at heart, and not a fascist agenda that will turn the country into a set from the hand maidens tale, and all of us into real life extras.

In New York City tonight. Seeing racist N.Y.S. Attorney General tomorrow, for a continuation of the greatest Witch Hunt in U.S. history!” Trump wrote. “My great company, and myself, are being attacked from all sides. Banana Republic
it's just funny seeing a racist, who is being investigated for criminal activity, and who tried to turn the US into a banana republic with himself as the head banana, make that statement...
oh, wait, that's not fucking funny at all...but what will be funny is watching him try to explain all the crimes he has commited and continues to commit...

Unlimited money in politics leads to unlimited bullshit and lies.
And what's the recourse?

Spend more money next time. To try to win the votes of morons. Seems hopeless.

I think they'll defend their access to unlimited money forever.
They like money.
More than anything else. And the dumb will follow as usual.

Ran into a guy at the Ford garage a couple months ago bitching about gas prices at the time and blaming it all on Biden.

I asked him how much Putin, Saudi Arabia and the oil companies had to do with it and all he wanted to talk about was Biden stopping drilling somewhere on federal land that had zero to do with gas prices.

You just can't argue with stupid.
