There's 8 blue tit chicks unharmed tf so I fixed the lid with wood screws to save them from an inevitable death from magpies.

The blue tits built a nest earlier in the season then left for a while then about a month ago ± they returned and laid eggs.

They usually nest in the box but not always, I was wondering if it the chicks that come back or is it just random blue tits?

Some stunning colours.

@polska86 hey bud, it's not something I've done extensively but i have topped plants in 12-12 with good and not so good results, if you get them early enough it works without any problem.
I topped all these circa 3 weeks after flipping and got way better results than i expected.

if you're past a certain point they can stretch and grow odd looking buds.

Iirc i broke it wk 4/5 and topped it to tiday it up I've also seen this happen previously with another plant I know grows fine.

In me limited experience with it I've also found that it adds a bit time to the flowering if they're from seed in particular idk about clones?

Yeah they're relentless once they know there's chicks, I think they fledged the nest early this morning?

I didn't see any activity when I had a look that's what I seen, a dead chick isn't too unusual.

I wouldn't rule out magpies taking them, yesterday the chicks were popping up to the entrance to meet mum coming in, a magpie wouldn't miss that opportunity, I hope they fledged though.

A whole room and one plant had foxtails ...... this one plant also now decided he wants to have some botrytis the other plants of the same strain haven't got it tho just the one plant im
Gna assume it's a warm spot in the room with lack of airflow there but this plant has been a problem all the way through

Yeah deffo, that what i was curios for maybe is a spot with less air movement or so
That's what I was think I defoliated a lot anyway while I got everything out and moved them about reset the fan to get more cover I've got another to go in across the floor and a small clip fan to go above everything fingers crossed plain sailing now for another two weeks

I wouldnt call them foxtails really. Is that plant getting the exact same feed as the others, have you checked ther is nothing that could be interfering with the roots or ph. Just looks like it grown a bit less dense and stackin bud on top of bud maybe difrent to the others. The amounts of pk uptake can change the structure and the way it stacks also your dark temp vs light on temps can effect density too. But it odd that just the one clone out of many that are the exact same are doing that. You could swap its position in the tent and see if its a hot spot, but a hot spot that causes changes like that shouldnt be just small enough to afect only the one plant as it should catch some parts of the plants around it. So the only thing that would make sense is something is affecting the way its working, the only thing independent of the other cuts would be the area in side its own pot as everything else it shares the same as the others, light air, feed your giving ect. Or are they all sharing root space in one big tray ?
