You actually read these vacuous blogs about the minutiae of the daily neurosis of some dumb asshole with a therapist? Jesus if this is typical of the "left" we're doomed. At least he claims to help the poor, he just needs to get his head outta his ass.
I'm a bit of a Buddhist (secular) and you can't reason with a nazi or appeal to an absent better nature, sometimes ya gotta break heads. In normal times these clowns don't represent much of a threat, but when they hit the streets in support of and driving a white nationalist agenda and hate with Trump in power and the rule of law in tatters, that's another matter.

Or watching "The Apprentice", which I am also guilty of. There was just something about the complete dishonesty of the show that I just couldn't look away from. In retrospect, it innoculated me so that I can read the jackass's twitter feed.
But I don't look at car crashes. I assidulously look away from them.

Used to watch evangelical preachers on TV for amusement, too bad Donald never found Jesus he would have fit right in with the rest of the charlatans and conmen. He does have all of them in his corner though, along with the morons who believe them, pre approved suckers. Some of these guys literally swore on their mother's grave (right in the fucking graveyard on TV) that they "needed" the money, ya can't beat that for being brazen, right up there with Trump.

It is a wonderful thing then that 'opposed ideals and policies' shouldn't be what two party system is about then huh.
The only people that are selling that nonsense are the ones lying to you to keep power. We can do things as a country to the benefit of everyone, even if we do have slightly different ways to go about it. It is a shame that the Republicans have sold this idea to keep power, and it is a shame that some people have fallen into the trap of believing this.
We are at a weird historic point in our society, the snake oil salesmen have the ability to now figure out exactly how everyone ticks in order to sell them their junk.
