Yeah, it's an incredibly complicated process when you're baked. But then again, what isn't? 
Oh, one more thing - you might want to resist the temptation to overmagnify. 100X really isn't necessary most of the time. Even at 60x, you can practically see the THC molecules standing up and waving at you. The higher the magnification, the narrower the range of the focus, and the harder it is to get it just right. The focus is very unforgiving at higher magnifications, less so at lower magnifications.

I figured that so I kept the mag on 60x but couldn't hone in. I should practice looking at the hairs on my hand or something. Also, bringing the lady inside wouldn't hurt so it isn't shaking in the wind.

smart idea thats what id do allways sucks when ur last bit runs out and u got to wait 3 weeks for them buds to finish and be hung dryed and cured id hate having to go threw that

I finally got the scope to focus in and you are right, those things jump up and wave at you! Well, it is about 1/3 amber, 1/3 clear, and 1/3 cloudy. Also, it is still producing lots of white hairs, or now, pink hairs. So when should I harvest this thing!

i like the pinkness. id probably give it another week-maybe 2 depending on the high youre looking for but it looks great

I agree. if your trichs are 1/3 amber 1/3 clear and 1/3 cloudy then wait till about 60-70% of them are amber and the rest milky, and then that should be around peak potency. if you want a little more couch lock then you can let them get like 80-100% amber but beware once the trichs are full amber they pop and start to lose potency so its all on what kind of high you want like the dude above said.

I did a thorough flush today using Botanicare Clearex. Actually, I have been using Boranicare's Pure Blend Pro's soil line and followed the directions as far as dosage. Also, about 5-6 weeks into flower I also started to add their Cal Mag+ as per directions and their sweet as per directions. After two gallons of Clearex solution, I then watered with a Sweet solution only. My plan is to water with the Sweet only until harvest. What do ya'll think!

i know what clearex is for flushing them but im not sure about the sweet.as long as its not adding any sugars or anything like that then go for it but i would just use plain water..maybe somewon who has used sweet will post.I did a thorough flush today using Botanicare Clearex. Dude I'm soo tempted to harvest some of mine right now, the trics are 50/50 cloudy/clear and I have sampled some from a few days ago and loved the high, fuck the couch lock I like that hyper-head stone for when I'm jamming Halo3 online!
Also my plant looks very similar to yours minus the pink hairs, that's just weird!

I am not too into the couch lock but definitely like to be able to smoke a couple bowls and get STONED, not just high. The sweet does add sugars, that is the purpose of it. But I thought it was mostly adding to the good microbials in the soil. So should I just use water? Or a slight Clearex solution?

yes they get you high. but they are not going to taste or smoke like they would if you were to let them go longer...dammit we need the early enforcer.
