These Neighbors are Pissing Me Off

I live in a fairly upscale townhouse and everything was cool up until about 3 months ago when some fucking hillbillies from Tennessee moved in next door. There's 3 adults and 5 screaming little shits all packed in a 2 bedroom place. All day long everyday their kids run back and forth screaming and yelling right next to my windows and running in and out of their place every 5 minutes slamming the fucking door so loud it shakes the entire building, its driving me fucking crazy! They act like they live out in the country and are oblivious to the fact that other people live around them. What really sucks is I run a business from home, so I have to listen to this shit all day.

I've kept my cool and not done anything because I do have a medical grow and don't need the attention, if not for that these Jerry Springer wannabes wouldnt be getting a minute of sleep but the last thing I need is the cops over here, even though I am legal its best to stay under the radar. I already tried talking to them once about it and they immediately got defensive and told me its natural for kids to play. So WTF do I do? I am seriously considering filing a complaint with the HOA but they will know its me but I'm at the point where I don't give a fuck. I'm considering moving over this but I own this place so its not that easy and its bullshit that I should have to anyway. Any ideas?

I would find a new place to live, preferably with no neighbors.

are they renting, if so tell there landlord there wrecking the place

try talking to them first...maybe they did indeed live in the country and need to be schooled in the the art of living in a townhouse....

Give them a taste of their own medicine, blast music all night and hide your grow somehow in case of a noise complaint to the cops.

Talk to your other neighbors (if you have any) and see if you can get some of them to complain. You don't have to put yourself in jeopardy over this. I had a similar problem while I was going to school in Utah. I got together with several of the other tenants and we confronted the landlord. They were out in 30 days.

I would at least try talking to their landlord or hoa.
You pretty much have little to lose either way. They can't see your grow, can they? If your grow is closet, there's no reason the progress of complaining will dictate anyone needs to enter the room you have it in, right?
If it's a patio grow and they can see it if they snooped, then I'd move indoors anyway.

If they give you grief, you move.
If you do nothing, you want to move anyway.
If you try to kindly tell them one more time that you need to work in peace sometimes, then the ball is in their court.

Blast music all night, try fucking super hardcore right next to the wall where they can clearly hear you, and call cps on their ass! They aint paying attention to their kids and they let them run aimlessly around the building and complain to the owner or renter.

Earplugs are a non confrontational solution.

Good advice. Its a little more than a closet grow though, 4600W with 17 decent size plants.
