Trump still won't allow access to information and agencies, he doesn't want anybody to see the mess and start gathering evidence and seeing where the bodies are buried. Don't kid yourself, Joe will be lucky to get access to HHS and vaccine info, DOJ is gonna take awhile, Bill won't be in a hurry to talk to the new AG, if he does, Donald will want to be in the room to see what is said, watch. Where are the SDNY sealed indictments for individual #1 Bill? I'd like my team to look them over.

Biden Transition Live Updates: The G.S.A. Administrator Has Told Biden the Administration Is Ready to Begin the Transition
Michigan certifies election results. Biden is expected to announce his choices for key roles in his cabinet and administration. Some would make history, including the first women to serve as Treasury secretary and director of national intelligence and the first Latino to serve as secretary of homeland security.
RIGHT NOW
Feinstein, under fire by progressives, says she will step down as top Democrat on the Judiciary Committee.
Here’s what you need to know:
The G.S.A. administrator has formally designated Biden the apparent winner of the presidential election.
Emily Murphy, the administrator of the General Services Administration, on Monday formally designated President-elect Joseph R. Biden Jr. as the apparent winner of the presidential election, providing federal funds and resources to begin a transition and authorizing his advisers to begin coordinating with Trump administration officials.
The decision came after several more senior Republican lawmakers denounced Ms. Murphy’s delay in allowing the peaceful transfer of power to begin, a delay that Mr. Biden and his top aides said was threatening national security and the ability of the incoming administration to effectively plan for combating the ongoing pandemic.
In her letter, Ms. Murphy said she was “never directly or indirectly pressured by any Executive Branch official — including those who work at the White House or the G.S.A.” She defended her delay by saying that she did not want to get ahead of the constitutional process of counting votes and picking a president.
“I do not think that an agency charged with improving federal procurement and property management should place itself above the constitutionally-based election process,” she wrote in a letter to Mr. Biden’s transition.
Michael D. Shear

Michigan certifies its election results, making Biden’s win official and rebuffing Trump.

Boy the dominoes are starting to fall.

GM reverses on Trump, exits suit challenging California's tougher emissions standards

The upcoming change in administrations has led to a change of heart for one of the nation’s largest automakers.

General Motors will no longer be siding with the Trump administration in a legal battle to hinder California’s ability to set tougher vehicle emissions standards.

In a letter to environmental groups involved in the same suit, General Motors said they have withdrawn from the litigation, citing the incoming Biden administration as well as their own plans to electrify their suite of vehicles.

“We believe the ambitious electrification goals of the President-elect, California, and General Motors are aligned to address climate change by drastically reducing automobile emissions. We are confident that the Biden administration, California, and the U.S. auto industry, which supports 10.3 million jobs, can collaboratively find the pathway that will deliver an all-electric future,” General Motors wrote in the letter.

We've just been watching a dead man walking, it's not a sight ya see everyday, but Frankenstein was a hard fucker to kill, not too bright either. This one was stinking very badly, the zombie is now down on all fours and is still crawling, hand me that shotgun!

You think you’re clever. I can tell by the way you can’t handle your vocabulary.
He's intellectually dishonest. Next time he bloviates, refer to this list:

Example, he defined racism as "one group opposing another". Then challenged me to explain it.

Baloney detection tool kit, logical fallacy number 18:

straw man — caricaturing a position to make it easier to attack (e.g., Scientists suppose that living things simply fell together by chance — a formulation that willfully ignores the central Darwinian insight, that Nature ratchets up by saving what works and discarding what doesn’t. Or — this is also a short-term/long-term fallacy — environmentalists care more for snail darters and spotted owls than they do for people)

I said I would take my leave of a right leaning news sight where I annoyed the righteous for a number of year. Well a little over four. I said I would leave no matter which candidate won. Had enough of talking reasonably to a ignorant bunch where there was only occasionally the odd one worth talking to. Toward the end I just grew tired of the ignorance, not even trying to question their beliefs.

The last couple of days had been great, seeing that they had nothing to offer, proving Trump was robbed. Needled them with the truth knowing that Trump will not be able to pull something out of his ass as he had throughout his life. this time he could not BS his way out or cut his loses by offering pennies on the dollar which the other side took rather than lose it all. No BS'ing the legal system here. Going to leave with his tail between his legs.

I am going to be happy not to see a picture of his mug all the time.

Breaking: Trump Folds On Biden Transition, Stacey Abrams Says 'It's About Time'

Pres. Trump and his administration backed off attempts to delay parts of the Biden transition on Monday, as the GSA cleared the way for Pres-Elect Biden to cooperate with the outgoing administration. MSNBC’s Ari Melber asks prominent Biden supporter Stacey Abrams for her reaction as the news broke during their interview, and the two discussed the Senate runoff races in Georgia, Abrams’ voter mobilization efforts and other topics.
