The Government has access to the internet. I believe the people(very few) can access internet as well but it's IIRC restricted to North Korean websites. So basically they don't have access to the WWW.

Ok I'm sorry for my earlier post and here's the answer to your question. You have to break down an 8th of fresh bud over a bowl of corn flakes, or cheerios, and eat it within 10 minutes. Upon completion, check your next bowel movement and if you see the bud, you know it's the diggity dank! Glad I could be of some assistance

I don't think a grower can be successful without trying finished product. Relying on others is too difficult when you live in a world where people sugar coat opinions (no pun intended).

First don't get high on your own supply is for coke, crack, meth, heroine shit like that which is addictive.
Secondly all of you guys on here trolling this guy are really sad. He did ask a simple question and many NOT ALL, but many of you have but nothing but useless. That is not what this community is supposed to be about and it gives us all a bad name. If you don't have a good response, or don't want to answer go on to the next thread guys.
Though the question doesn't have a simple answer I'll do my best. Quality is all relative. If you are growing this just for fun then to you quality may be judged by how nice it smells, how dense it is, how much it weighs things of that nature. I will also go so far as to actually suggest chewing on a little piece of bud once its nice and cured. You can perceive alot of flavor from the bud this way without actually smoking or getting high from it. Just as a florist judges their flowers by these factors there is no reason he can't judge his crop this way. I've never grown AK but I believe from what i've read it should have a spicey, like peppery almost, and earthy flavor, but you can read up on that. I suppose judge the smell by how strong it is, and how clear the scents are.
Density and bud structure can vary greatly between strains, and even between phenotypes. I like my buds somewhere in the middle, not so dense they are hard to break up with my fingers or so dense they get mold, But also not too loose and airy. I've grown some pure genetics, and some hybrids and have gotten a wide variety of bud structures and densities over the years. I believe that AK is supposed to be around the middle but leaning towards the denser fuller side. Though its not the only factor density can have a huge impact on weight. With out knowing the specs on the grow or how big the plant was I couldn't begin to say what a good yield would be for your plant, but if you ended up getting anywhere from 1-10 oz from a single plant depending on the size I'd say you did ok for your first time.
Now those factors aside which will allow you to judge things for yourself. If you have a friend you can give some to and ask him what he thinks great thats even better get his opinion. Don't let these guys bug you man, keep doing what you enjoy and if you decide to try it more power to you. I didn't start smoking till I was 20 and then started growing when I was 21. I fell in love with the plant and I really enjoy growing equally to smoking. Hope your garden stays green man.

At least in Wa. It's legal to possess for recreational use if you are 21 and over. I know legal for the state but still illegal per the Feds.That still falls under Medical. Why would someone move all the way up there to do something they can do in what? 19 states? That was my point.

I'm not gonna say its not a bit strange but its also not the first time I've heard of it. It would also be my hope that now that he has grown it, and seen how beautiful it is, that he may decide to give it a chance. I also don't think even if there is something weird going on here that jumping on the guy like some have really proves anything. It just shows that those people can be ass holes and don't mind showing others on the internet that.
You make a good point and I would hope for the same.

I wasn't expecting to kick up the shit storm I have and maybe naively I thought I would get an answer like this about 45 post ago but saying that I've been looking on this site for long enough to know that a lot of people prefer to be unhelpful just for the fun of it but I guess thats internet life. Seeing I've got the answer I was looking and hoping for in the post I've quoted above I don't need to check this thread no more, but I will say that it was a genuine question I was asking and I'm not a troll or police etc etc.........but I guess your have to take my word for it !!!

Thats a good idea purplebudz, certainly it presents a challenge in finding those in need that also partake. However if you succeed it would surely be very worthwhile, and rewarding, what better way to pay it forward then to help those in need.
