Sorry for your loss, my wife had a miscarriage and next time she was pregnant it was twin boys who are now 18! Stay strong!
Oh fk n many nights! Loose ! Remember your no longer first anymore, the baby is. You don’t even eat first anymore after the baby is born, I just did that 18 fk n year prize. So just prepare yourself man it will not be an easy road for 18 years. Gl man!
Take 1 of your joints to schoolits not that bad- kids are good, why stop growing? you can still grow and make a living just go stealth mode, when kids start asking questions thats when you worry --- they talk

I'm sure the doctor told you that this isn't some final judgment. My oldest friend had their first pregnancy not work but they've got a beautiful five year old now. If you're ready, keep trying.
