Threw some seeds in a pot.....Please Help

Hi, Every once in a while I get a bag for my rheumatoid arthritis. I don't live in a medical marijuana state. I threw some seeds in a pot on deck in June, having never grown pot. About 30 sprouts popped up and I pulled all but 5, still not thinking I could seriously do this. I knew nothing of male/female. I know they need watered, but we are suppose to get storms today. Besides pulling 25 sprouts out and watering when it doesn't rain, I have done nothing else, no fertilizer added. The soil is potting soil. Our back yard is fenced, with trees and bushes around perimeter of yard, approx 1/2 acre lot. I am wondering if I should transplant the plants to yard where they will be hidden by bushes, replant in pots with one plant to a pot and leave on deck, or pull up and throw away. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Well they are damned sure budding! They need transplanting ASAP somewhere. They need some 1/2 strength bloom nutrients too until they survive the transplant then feed, water, water, feed, water, water. For God's sake not all in a week. In fact a 1/2 strength grow feeding might help. But 1/2 strength whatever soon so you can do a full strength feeding after one watering in their new home, wherever that might be. Good luck and proof positive pot can grow pretty much unassisted.

This is how my first grow start i threw a shit load of seeds in a 5 gal bucket and they didn't pop a week later i was like wtf all of them popped i pulled the shorter scrawny ones and ended up with the one in my avatar in the end.But nice plants and as hotrod said transplant ASAP cause they prob gonna be very root bound and choking each other soon thats why they didnt get too big just tall

i wouldn't transplant a flowering plant. why not just ride it out at this point? pluck those weeds though...

Yeah it is a hassle to transplant while flowering but in 4 more weeks there is no telling if they live, you should know as much as i know they won't yield much at all squeezed in like that.

Thanks! If I had tried, they wouldn't have grown! I will transplant today and let you all know what happens! Thanks for you help! It is much appreciated!

I agree with harley.
Transplant now, or else you will be scratching your head trying to un-weave the tangled roots if you try to do it later.

I transplanted them each to their own pot. Watered good and plant food. Now what? When will they be ready? LOL

Now give them about 6 or 7 weeks. They will be in some shock for a day or two but should recover unless you wore boxing gloves while transplanting. And I transplant flowering plants if needed. They have all survived. The roots keep working, doing their "root thang", until she dies. Good luck, amigo and keep us posted. I like your style. +rep for having balls and not being afraid.

take them inside and put them under a 1000watt hps....all jokes aside just use it as a learning experience, study up and start on a legitimate level with as much understanding as you can find on here..and they probably wont be ready for a while still especially if you transplants...they could hermie because of the stress from transplanting so don't get your hopes to to high on this one. good luck! rheumatoid arthritis is no joke...study up and create some GOOOOD medicinal herbals :weed:

shoulda left em alone and just rode it out i bet them tiny plants have a tiny little root ball and transplanting is going to shock them. they would have been fine being so small alll in that same pot. but they need fed and should be done in 6 or 7 weeks from the looks of it

dont expect much from these you will only get a 8th or 2 if that. not being mean just telling you so you dont get your hopes up for a big harvest

they also won't like being transplanted during flower, and you're liable to put them back into veg or hermy them

Think how difficult it was for the plants living that way. He's not in fear so probably did it just right. Nothing dumber than watching one die needlessly.

Tiny little root balls make transplanting easy.

very true i was just saying i dont think they needed it just an opinion

Understood. But transplanting is just what they needed. No easy outs in this case and I chose the best for him to actually end up with at least a bowl rather than nothing. Learning experience. For many! See how it grows and goes all by itself? They need FAR less of us than they usually receive.
