Hi RIU,

We don't normally post pics of our light builds, however this particular one I thought was worthy of posting about.

This light was the result of a customer looking for a light with the ability to cover up to a 6'x6' area (full cycle) and also control color temps using separate dimmers and on/off controls.

This light, the Fatty VS+, pulls 1295 watts at the wall. This particular one comes with (2) dimmers, however we can customize it to have up to (6) individual dimmers. Mixing color temps is also no additional cost - since it's a Vero based build, the option of 1750K also exists.

The light sits on a 42" x 36" frame and weighs 58 lbs. It comes complete and ready to hang out of the box.

Thank you @burnpile - we haven't tested it with any laboratory equipment, but estimate the PPFD output to be at or slightly better than needed to flower a 6'x6' area. It was fun to design and build - lots of different options with this setup, so we like it as it allows us to give the grower a lot of flexibility.

I can't wait until I have the money on hand to buy one of those. Come on tax refund daddy needs a new setup.

20180319_172021.jpg 20180319_164326.jpg 20180319_162510.jpg 20180319_162558.jpg 20180319_162654.jpg In the corners I'm getting more lux(sorry but this is my only measuring device atm) than I was getting in the center while running 1,000w eye hortilux super hps powered by a solis tek se/de(100+khz) at 1,100w. This thing is insane. It radiates more heat into the tent than my dominator xxxl air cooled hood(vented outside) but that ok because with these lights it will be more beneficial to run close to 80f than 75f like an hid. I'm sure it will give off alot less heat than a non air cooled bulb and drastically less heat than a gavita.

I'm halfway through week 3 of flower but I've only had the light for under a week. The 3,000k chips cause the yellow color on the leaves. They're nice and green with the lights off. This is at full blast in a 5x5. The leaf stems turned purple in just a few days so I've upped my base nutrients and calmag from 500ppm to 700ppm (went from 3ml of calmag to 5.).

You can really see how bright it is in the picture from up above the fixture. The camera killed alot of the light in the other pics.

Dan and whoever else I dealt with were super professional. I contacted them about 10 times and they always got right back to me. Probably the best customer experience I've ever had and the only place I'll buy cobs from in the future.

They all connect into 2 power plugs using 2(3 to 1 connectors). You could use a double socket timer, light controller (I use the c.a.p. 8 )or possibly just a 2 to 1 splitter going to a timer. The 2 plugs is nice because it allows you to spread the draw to 2 outlets though.
