Hello RIU,

I wanted to mention a few new products and changes that have occurred at Timber as well as our latest discount code.

Discounts

We are proud to announce our latest discount code - RIU - good for $25 off each item - no limit. Simply enter 'RIU' at checkout and the proper discount will automatically be applied.

New Products

I am pleased to announce our new 200 Watt (2) COB Vero Kit and framework products - these will be added to our website in the next day or two.

Stay tuned for new product developments as we test new and innovative product offerings.

Product Enhancements

New color temps are now available - Citizen are now available as 3000K or 3500K and Vero products are available as 3000K, 3500K and 4000K. Cree COBs are still available ranging from 3000-5000K.

All Citizen products are the latest generation, Gen 6 COBs, recently released by Citizen. Also, all Vero products use the current Generation 7 COB LEDs, released in late November.

Framework products are now available to ship disassembled to save on shipping costs - please feel free to inquire with us on your special customizations and product needs.

3 Year warranty on all products - additionally, Meanwell offers a 7 year manufacturers warranty on all HLG power supplies.

Lastly, here is a product operation tip: All of our products come with detachable potentiometers (dimmers) - when not dimming your light, detach the potentiometer and your light will output up to 110% of the rated power output.

Thanks for your post - and something else I forgot to mention. We now ship to Canada exclusively by USPS Priority Mail International. We have tested the service to all provinces and found the following:

1. Duties are far less than with other carriers
2. Tracking all the way to your destination
3. Transit time 2-4 business days to most parts of Canada
4. Shipping costs roughly 25% less than DHL and UPS

Shipping by USPS Priority International Mail is available to most international destinations - please contact us at sales@timbergrowlights.com for any international shipping quotes. Please note, due to the size of the framework products, they do ship at their dimensional weight which is often times much higher than the actual weight. For that reason we do encourage our international customers to purchase the materials locally to build their frame and purchase just the kit from us. This will save a lot of money in shipping costs.
