Like Beau says, all the other states would have to agree. Why talk about something that is not going to happen?

Why not?
Or secession would require a US Constitutional amendment approved by two-thirds majorities in the US House of Representatives and Senate, then ratification by 38 state legislatures. Analysts consider states secession improbable.

Improbably is not impossible. Improbable was Trump ever becoming President of the United states and we talked about that, and well..he did.

That doesn't count as you were the aggressor. Not even sticking to a peace deal. So the role of the US army was, ince again, not for defensive purpose.

If the constitution was changed (and we have seen how easy that can happen) to allow states to leave the union peacefully, well that will be better than civil war.

The shear size of Americas army and its forward operating systems tells anyone and everyone its an invading force not a defence force. Plus all the wars they start.
