dont beat urself up, one of my favorite sayings is from the movie blow - "when ur flush ur up and you never think you will come down, and when ur down it feels like you will never get back up again but life goes on" keep smilin and things will get better

Try to fix things with your ex then... im sure she'll apprieciate the effort. Do something sweet for her- remember, when woman are upset theres one rule you stick to, she's always right. If things dont turn out the way you want keep looking up, tomorrows a new day and with it might come a new girl.

I follow B F Skinner's positive/negative reinforcement concepts. If you go apologizing, she will think she can walk on you again to get her way. I say don;t even call her. Trust me, she will lose her mind wondering why you are not, and she will come back to you to suck it. If she doesn't, she was truly done anyway, and it would have only prolonged your agony.
