I'm going to share another recipe I use, mainly to wash down my room after I cut the crop. With everything out of the room, I spray the walls and floor with this:

2 quarts of warm water
1/4 cup of Dr. Woods Tea Tree Oil
1/4 cup of Dr. Woods Peppermint Oil
1 tablespoon of Hydrogen Peroxide
1 cup of 70% Alcohol

Mix very well, spray the shit out of everything.

You can also use it on plants in veg, but not in flowering. I guarantee this will kill everything, including eggs. It smells great too. This is an "old-timers' recipe, been around since the 1970's or before. Everything can be bought on Amazon, if you can't find it locally.

Point is, there's lots of options and find the one that works best for you.

No offense taken......... I looked into it more and it is still banned in some states in the U.S.- Michigan, Montana, Oklahoma, Oregon, and Washington, but reading further, it's not banned because there's proof it's bad- it's banned because not enough research has been done to satisfy the powers that be. California is the toughest state to get things thru in this country, and it passed there with flying colors. The only countries to ban it are Canada and Denmark, for basically the same reasons. That's a lot of countries saying it's perfectly fine.

Studies show it has a very short viable life, especially under the sun or intense lighting. If you stop using it 3 weeks before chopping, I'll venture to say it's completely harmless. Thru all the years I've been using, there have been no complaints of side effects on health or showing up in bud testing. But if you grow a 3rd arm, don't come looking for me. LOL Let's leave it at that.......

Lmao

Well shit if California passed, and damn near everything they consider cancerous ... well then. Pretty strong position I can't counter haha.

Now if it made the third leg bigger...

PS Your bubble head and Ethos looking good!

Agreed!! if it passes in Cali hands down should be good to go!! Also I too love that combo meter.. I have the plus to check ph in soil as well as water... very handy piece of equipment, and as far as a third arm, I'd be pissed... I suppose not so much if I grew a third leg! Ha! Very cool old timers recipe too btw..

I'd be remiss if I didn't mention the smell of this crop. When I go outside to walk the dog, I wear a mask to reduce my allergie symptoms. Today when I came in, the smell was over-powering even with the mask on. At day 58 today, and I'm planning on going to day 77- I might as well turn off the Phresh filter because it's not making a dent. 10/10 on the smell meter, this is a very serious stinker.

As discussed on another BubbleHead thread here at RIU, there are 2 pheno's, an early and a later. I'm thinking one at almost 10 weeks and the other at 11 weeks- others have mentioned 12 weeks. I may just average them out at 10.5 weeks and chop everything then.

They are also putting on some very nice weight right now, I continue to raise my yield estimate every other day. Lastly, I grew these for potency, not necessarily yield. I haven't seen a bad review yet.

I found this, a general fact sheet on Spinosad. It's worth another look.

Again, I think this stuff is fairly benign to humans, as the article states. It can be highly toxic to bees, eastern oysters (lol) and I'm sure to other beneficial insects, which is why it's banned in a few places. Again, I read that it's being reviewed again in Canada since January but no updates are available as of now.

Chopped and drying now.......next week I'll start on the Bubble Head's. I probably got around a little over 3 oz per plant, not bad, but not great. These were just to fill in the empty space so actually, I couldn't be more please. The quality is really high.
