This is my first autoflower grow I have topped it once can I top it again? And does it slow down the growing of the plant ?

Autos can be topped between the second and third week of growth (provided that they're healthy) ..After 5 or 6 days of recovery, they can receive LST. Here's the thread that puts that myth to rest. https://www.autoflower.net/forums/threads/auto-topping-thread-pushing-the-auto-limits.57281/

Yeah, they look fine. Give them some time to recover and LST as much as you can. That's what I've done here. One topping between the fourth and fifth node and a whole lot of LST. (day 45)

They look great mate I just worry as on the pack for the seeds it say 60 - 70 days from seed and I’m on day 33

You're a little late for the prime window for topping so that may have something to do with it. But don't worry. Mine was shorter than 3 inches when I topped at day 21 and about 4 inches tall when LST began. It's currently under 10 inches at its highest point. The important thing is to start LST asap so that you can get more bud sites to develop.

@new grower rory, something you might want to do is go to growdiaries.com and look at other people's grows that are growing the same strain that you're growing and you can kind of compare their plants' progress with your own.
