Topping?

Is anyone here trying to do a perpetual flower room? If so how long after topping a plant do you put it into flower? A week, or right away? I am currently running moby dick(MD) and charlie sheen crack(CSC) with a random sour cream and bagseeds. but I would like to dial in a system for the MD and CSC. both are going to be clones/mother system. I have room to veg them out for however long. I would like to have more than one cola on my plants to maxamize yield and am just wondering how long to wait to flower after topping/fimming...
