My argument is this: I don’t believe that the government should get to regulate what grows from the ground, at all. Like any farmer you would protect your own crop if it were the target of robbers. This gentleman was doing something our ancestors did for millennia but because of ass backwards laws (about a plant no less) a prosecutor and cops who don’t want him in jail must now try to put him there. That is absurd. You may not be able to see it that way but I do.
