What are the names of all the training methods and does anyone have and guides? I would like to start experimenting but I haven't a clue how or where to start. I have heard of a few like Supercropping, Topping, Scrog and sog. Any others?

topping is just simply cutting off the top part of your maint stem, it increases bushyness and where u had 1 main now u will get 2 that will grow up from the sides , FIM=fuck i missed will give u 3-4 main stems(colas) scrog are good if u have limited space.

LST (Low Stress Training) is where you tie the top down. Then after it grows a little bit you tie it down again.

^^^ easier than trying to explain

Great thing about LST is there is no recovery time, such as with topping, FIM, and super cropping
I like this method very much. Using a scrog setup (such as chicken wire), you can then use ornament hangers (or any thin wire bent into a C or S shape) to bend the plant down to allow it to grow horizontally. It's less stressful to plants than weaving them through a scrog, and it's much much easier because you don't have to have access to the underside of the screen or risk breaking your stems. To me, there is no better method that I've read about.
