only I think when you first plant the seed or root the clone.....otherwise you are merely limited by space and lighting....but if your using clones then I think its ok to plant a well rooted...ie ,you can see the roots on the side and underneath the block..... clone into a larger sized pot (same with seeds)

I was wondering the same thing. I have freshly sprouted plants in red plastic cups. I was wondering if it would be fine to just transplant them to some 2gallon grow bags and not transplant them again for the rest of the grow..

You can start in a five gallon pot and never need to transplant. That's what I always do when i grow outside. When you transplant the plant goes into shock for a week or two putting growth off for that whole period. Better to start in Original container less your doin hydro/netpots.

thanks 4 the help, i figured i could just put it in the pot i was going to keep it in, but there are so many different grow guides on the net that all say different things, i just wanted to get different opinions, everyone has their own way of doing things, thanks all 4 the help
