Interesting quote, I"m sure of it. What does it mean?
Have you read your own posts?

Old man, the healthcare system is broken, was broken and isn't fit for a modern society. In today's world, everybody needs access to good healthcare. Not a privilege but a basic necessity. Like shelter, clothing, food and water.

You are most likely correct, and your right about the Old Man part. Personally I have good insurance, between Medicare (which is running out I've heard?) and a secondary health insurance, I have not had to pay 1 penny for my hospital procedures over the past few years and my prescriptions are minimal.
Oh, thanks for the explanation.

How come people who have been here longest are the most clueless?

Ok, so clue me in. Or is it perhaps that during the years I was wise enough to put a few bucks back, called a savings. Is it a political thing, or which president presided over our nation, no it is not. Just perhaps you are one of those that would rather the govt' take care of you. From the backbone I received growing up, we were taught to take care of ourselves as well as out family. As a very famous man once said, "ask not what your country can do for you, but ask what you can do for your country", incidentally, I voted for that man and cried when he was killed.

IMO those lines make a lot more sense when you (or your elder males) are not being systematically kept out of the economic opportunities that your fellow citizens are able to access.
