Dunno, too much damage done and too many eyes on the case, we will see what he says under FBI counterintelligence interrogation, that pretty uniform comes with some civil liberties drawbacks and military justice. He will probably fess up and come clean is my guess, case closed, except for the damage assessment and other loose ends on that server, like who copied it and sent it onward to the world and why, it was in a private place on a discord game server among a small group it seems.
Idk....but something smells about this, we'll see..

This whole airman story, smells.....

Copy cat crime? Or a misdirection?

Maybe both... :bigjoint:
The FBI will also need to obtain that server and the raid array that stored the data, it needs to be securely erased, they don't know if all of the docs were copied or just some, so some data center is gonna have holes in the racks or special software used on site by the FBI.

So why isn't trump in the cell next to his, waiting for an almost identical trial?
The only difference is that trump should get at least double the sentence Teixeira gets, Teixeira is a stupid kid who was most likely misled by the lies and misinformation of trump and his magats.
The world wonders, as do many Americans when they saw him busted and perp walked by a SWAT team, he is currently in jail, after indictment and there will be another bail hearing soon, I wonder if he gets out of jail pending trial.

I’m guessing the big reason is that that man didn’t post images of “they’re mine!” on social media. Shame; that would make prosecution under the espionage act a slam-dunk.

Manhattan Prosecutor makes MAJOR MOVE against ILLEGAL Republican Stunt

82,688 views Apr 15, 2023
DA Alvin Bragg has filed a lawsuit against Jim Jordan and others involved in the unlawful effort to perform so-called oversight related to Bragg’s investigation of Donald Trump. Bragg’s lawsuit calls out Jordan’s actions as a total overreach of Congressional power in an attempt to win political points, and Harry explains why he thinks this is a strong case.

If a regular prison, a section of it, or another facility made especially for guys like Trump and perhaps some congressional J6 types, to give him company, they really do need a prison for politicians, government officials, child molesters, cops, judges, justices and others that can't go to a normal prison. It would reduce the number of agents required to protect him to a handful and one would be stationed outside his cell to shove his food tray through the grub hole in the cell door then go back, sit at the desk and watch him eat it on the TV monitor... Prisoner #00045 will eat his lunch.

There is one federal facility where he would have very good security and no cell mate, the supermax prison in Colorado and the SS can set up a field office.

Why Secret Service protection for Donald Trump is different than for other ex-presidents

The legal woes of Donald Trump have cast a new light on the role of those federal agents assigned to protect him and other former presidents for the rest of their lives: the U.S. Secret Service.

There they were, accompanying the 45th president as he made his way into a Manhattan courthouse earlier this month to be fingerprinted and arraigned on 34 felony counts.

Meanwhile, current and former officers assigned to Trump are part of another investigation of the former president, reportedly having to testify at a Washington, D.C., grand jury as part of the investigation into classified documents seized at Trump's Mar-a-Lago estate.

All this, along with other potential cases, including his involvement with the Jan. 6 riots, and accusations of 2020 election interference in Georgia, at least raise the possibility that Trump could be convicted, and perhaps, incarcerated.

CBC News looks at the role of the U.S. Secret Service in protecting former presidents, the challenges of Trump, and whether they would accompany him if he were sent to prison...

I couldn't find verification of that.
Not in time of war, which is the only time treason can be charged under the constitution, when there is a declared war or some other action like Korea where US troops were fighting. To apply to Trump US troops would have to be fighting Russian troops and Trump has to be caught in bed with Vlad.

So, all those Republican MAGATS who say Americans are fighting in Ukraine, could be putting Trump's life at risk, other republicans too as well as the NRA, since they are all a bunch of fucking traitors who give aid and comfort to America's enemies. I mean who else has hundreds of nukes pointed at you right now ready to go?
