They are just the ones we know about from the J6 hearings Mark probably knows of others and why they wanted pardons, he only turned over half the texts to the J6 committee and Jack has the rest if he is cooperating. He has an ex-DOJ guy as his lawyer and I'm sure he's been making deals in DC and Georgia, since Lindsey's ass would be worth something too and he has exposure in Georgia. No point in getting off federally only to do decades in Georgia for conspiracy, so Jack could even put in a good word for him there too, if he delivered enough heads. There is nobody left to sellout for time off, Donald is as good as gone first and fast and Mark is left holding the bag, unless he can sell out Trump's cronies, government officials and a couple of dozen republican congress people including senators, that would be worth a walk, shit it would be worth witness protection in Canada!

Now this will be interesting! Donald has taken down plenty of lawyers, but no judges, yet. She had better not fuck around with Jack, but she isn't too bright it would appear.

I wonder if we will get insight into how this of all judges was selected. Her track record is at best uneven.

Watch her give favourable rulings to Trump, the DOJ will have to appeal them and the time taken will land right in election time Then hear Trump complain about political interference.

Bruce Reinhart, who OKed the search warrant, is also listed. I’m not sure in what capacity, but perhaps he can keep her relatively honest.

Perhaps she has had time to reflect and get some informal feedback from her peers, besides, Jack doesn't fuck around and he has JUDGE Garland at his back. If she wants a real professional screwing, she will get one by fucking around in this case. There could be other MAL documents indictments dropping just for Trump in DC too.

NBC News: Two sources briefed on the seven charges said the charges include false statements and conspiracy to obstruct. All charges are related to retaining documents and obstructing justice. One source noted that seven charges don't necessarily mean seven counts — multiple counts can be associated with each charge.

Trump says aide to face charges in connection with Mar-a-Lago probe
Walt Nauta, a close Donald Trump aide, reportedly has been indicted in the Mar-a-Lago probe, leaving the former president lamenting a charge confirmed by multiple media outlets.

An attorney for Nauta declined to comment on the matter.

Nauta, who followed Trump from the White House to Mar-a-Lago, was apparently seen on Mar-a-Lago security camera footage moving boxes in and out of the storage room where authorities recovered dozens of classified records during their August search of Trump’s home.

“I have just learned that the ‘Thugs’ from the Department of Injustice will be Indicting a wonderful man, Walt Nauta, a member of the U.S. Navy, who served proudly with me in the White House, retired as Senior Chief, and then transitioned into private life as a personal aide. He has done a fantastic job!” Trump wrote in a post on Truth Social.

“They are trying to destroy his life, like the lives of so many others, hoping that he will say bad things about ‘Trump.’ He is strong, brave, and a Great Patriot. The FBI and DOJ are CORRUPT!”

The Wall Street Journal was the first to break the development.

Nauta’s indictment comes after a summons for Trump detailed he would be charged on at least seven counts, including under conspiracy charges.

Jim Trusty, who served as Trump’s attorney in the case until late Friday morning, said during a Thursday night appearance that Trump would face charges under a statute for witness tampering, which includes a provision barring conspiracy to hinder a criminal investigation.

Conspiracy charges require proving a defendant made plans to carry out unlawful behavior with another individual.

The specific charges against Nauta, however, remain unknown.

Authorities approached Nauta months ago in connection with the matter, and he initially told them he hadn’t handled either boxes or sensitive information.

But he changed his story when confronted with the video camera footage, and Nauta’s attorney claimed he wouldn’t continue to speak with authorities unless offered an immunity deal, according to The Guardian.
