If they do America will be "fact free", Trump demonstrated the destructive social effects of lying, if anything the courts should ensure public integrity as much as possible. They are not neutral in the matter of truth and lies, nor are they supposed to be, its why people swear oaths in court and go to jail if they lie under oath. Foxnews knowingly lied to the public about these companies and thus damaged them, they did it for money.
All true...But also true that I and many others have ZERO faith in the court after trump corrupted it...Racist, misogynist, perjurous religious zealots fill five of the seats...So who the fuck knows where their loyalties lie, or what they'll do? They are about drumming up money from their "base too", one of their functions is to arouse democrats and speak to independents because some of them are persuadable. They are doing good IMHO, there is fascism in America and it needs to be pointed out and attacked any way you can.
