In order to consent to something, it's implied that you must have full knowledge of what you are consenting to, and that you've done so without duress and with full awareness. I find it difficult to believe that anyone would think that a 12-year old has the full awareness and knowledge of what it means to consent as you've implied. Additionally it's reasonable to assume that any child "consenting" to sexual advances from an adult has done so under duress, simply based on the power dynamics at hand. Either way, why are you concerned about a 12-year old's ability to consent? Are you thinking about raping a 12-year old, because yes it's rape even if they consent. Bill Cosby thought it was ok to rape women, just because they didn't tell him not to. That didn't work out too well for him. But.. a 12-year old? Why? If you are even pondering that you need some serious help.

I probably would have banged some of those older girls I played spin the bottle with when I was 12, but they found out I was only in 7th grade.

As far as being concerned about consent, yes it's important. That's why I don't vote. When you vote you're embracing taking away other's consent. Why would you do that ?

That's literally the dumbest thing I've ever heard. Not everything actually requires consent, particularly activities with pre-determined processes and expectations.

For example, (assuming that you have a job) when you go to work there is an expectation that you will perform your job duties reasonably well. When you fall short of that expectation, your boss may choose to fire you (without your consent). This is a pre-determined process based on a clear expectation, in which consent is not required nor expected. Voting in a democratic election is not that dissimilar in that it's a pre-determined process with expectation of an outcome based on the specific process findings.

You seem a bit too focused on warping words into something they are not, simply to somehow justify your weird thoughts of some "consenting" 12-year olds you'd like to rape.

If you vote and the election ends up 51 to 49, and you were one of the 51 "winners" does your elected person then have to ask the consent of the 49 losers or is it now assumed and taken away ?

So if I invoke and utter "predetermined process" I can then remove your individual consent ? That's literally not the dumbest thing I've ever heard, but it's right up there.

You're trying to justify taking away a dissenting persons consent via a democracy aren't you ? Could you explain how democracy was predetermined and which factors put it into place originally?

Okay then, are you saying no 12 year old ever had the wherewithal to form consent in a given situation ?

Or are you saying that consent itself is a variable thing and that a person could have the wherewithal to form consent at a young age, but if societal norms are violated that the societal norm should override the indivual's ability to form consent?

You could act like a toddler and create chaos while crying it's so unfair while you sabotage your own Industry! or be an adult, get your ducks in a row and vote honestly the next go around like 150 million other predetermined Americans.

Commerce doesn't approve of child rape yet. But keep at it you must be ahead of your own time.
