I would like to sample but Health Canada has tied patients hands, If I wish to sample Tweeds product I must forfit my ATP and my PPL, this is going to be the down fall of the LCP, I should not have to give up my licence to sample products I may not buy a second time, Health Canada has not only screwed Patients this way but they are causing loss of revenue for the LCP as I think alot of the ATP holders would be sampling if it was taken at face value.

Keep your ATP and PPL, go see a doctor who will write a new medical document. LPs don't have a master list of who has an ATP, just don't tell them.

I've never been to a compassion club or dispensary that ever said "sorry were out of stock". I've never known anybody that grows their own to ever run out either. It's not like cannabis controls life threatening seizures or anything, no big deal to just run out, we'll have more in 8-10 weeks!
Hey, as long as they're running out consistently and repeatably then they're delivering as per the expectations of the program.

A judge won't buy this from Health Canada, they have had 12 years to fix the problems, this proves the system has failed again and as per the Consitutional Challange there are still barriers to access with cost and broken chain of supply, we just need a ruling NOW.

Constitutional Challenge beginning of 2015 will hopefully reinstate personal production and take care of a few other bullshit regulations. Federal elections end of 2015, can get rid of this fascist Harper government. If Trudeau does win and actually follows through with legalization it will be another 2 years for them to draft and enforce the laws. Definitely not soon enough for some sadly. I'm still hoping the courts get tired of HC's incompetence and just have cannabis stricken from the CDSA. Very unlikely to actually happen but I can hope.

Well I guess they are selling all they can grow so far. I mean it sucks for you guys who wanted to order but to be fair all things can run out. This is why tying a patient to one provider is wrong. People should be allowed to buy from other sources easier than they can now.

So I was doing a little sleuthing about my order, store opened up at 4pm I made my order at 4:27pm my order number is 1347....so I guess this means that 1346 orders where made in 27 minutes the store was open.....no wonder they can't keep any stock.....when I talked to the rep this morning they process all orders based on the order they get them....and seeing I made my order so early my order would most likely be shipped out today.......and to my surprise it wasn't shipped today....lol
