Look at them as growing pains. They twist when the soil pH is not in favour as they are sending out new roots to explore that medium.
Autoflowers? How old?
I bet she has roots in dry pockets of soil - either that or too wet.
But leaf twisting is to do with pH.
ignore it for now as they are healthy and will grow into there soil once more established.
You giving plane water?

They’re regular feminized white widow and are at day 13 from seed I’m giving them regular tap water ph’d between 6.3-6.5 with a run off at 6.5-6.8 and my oh meter is calibrated correctly so I don’t know what I’m doing wrong

Just the pots are too big but they will grow into in. Don’t worry about the twisting. It’s just an indicator.
Next time try putting up if it’s a photo period

Soil runoff is meaningless when checking pH. If you feel the need to check the pH then do it properly with a slurry test.
