Ghostdogg, very very nice SCROG u got going on here, very impressed! looking super green and healthy man. Can't wait to switch on my 600HPS. Looks like your screen is about twice the size of mine, i'm jealous! This will be sweet once flowering starts though, looks like each branch will have a good amount of space. Can't wait to see the end result....

Just seen you're using Hesi Nutes, good stuff man, i used them with good results. I'm currently in a 25 litre bucket, looking for a MASSIVE root system. It's not light proof though so when i can be bothered i need to wrap a black bag around it. Don't worry too much about roots sticking out the top, just put a thin layer of coco over it if anything. You want to consider potting up when the roots hit the bottom/sides of the pot and start spiralling.

You ever considered using air pots? I've seen many many coco growers swear by them. As the plant doesn't get root bound in air pots in the same way it does using traditional pots, you can afford to use much smaller pots to grow pretty big plants. You had a read through Pukka's journal? Prime example

quick update my clones died :( only one showed roots after 14 days? i thought it might be because of the wrong spectrum of light(i was just using a random flouro strip light) so i put em in my grow room last night and that's when they wilted, when i pulled apart the root riot cubes no roots? I've taken some more cuttings tonight and put em in pots of coco this time,3rd time lucky i hope
i think they should be ok coz my girls have only been on 12/12 for 11 days
does it matter what light you use for clones?
anyway some pics IMG_2277.jpgIMG_2278.jpgIMG_2280.jpgIMG_2276.jpgIMG_2279.jpg

Don't think you need amazing lights for clones, i'm sure they don't need THAT much. I was gona try my hand at cloning the other day but didn't end up cutting anything long enough off. This could well be a highly stupid question but did u use clonex and wat not? I'm goin for airpots from start to finish next time too

its more about humidity and misting aswell not letting the cubes get to wet pal and if u stuck a cfl over the dome they should be fine within 7-10 days normally..could just be the plant mate if all that was done ..clones ned high humidity...i have a cloning thread ill put u a link on ere in min...

Yeah I used rooting gel cut the stems at a 45 degree angle scraped them a bit dipped em then planted,my coco was also soaked in water with half strength nutes And I'll mist them with same water/nute mix and see what happens

try not soaking them in nutes mate and the cubes just moist not wet or it will rot the stem pal and the rooting gell will be useless temps should be kept at around 18-24 constant mate heating pads are great...
