Uniting as one

My guess is that if surgery isn't involved ... a sympathetic frown. cn

I'm saying, if your on a constant high dosage of the junk- IE have a habit, and need surgery or have a painful terminal illness IE bone cancer etc, then what if anything do they give you or can you take for pain? This has always worried me, I think part of the way and reason opiates work for people with pain is that their bodies are not accustom to them, but for someone who is I imagine they will offer little or no relief

He kind of mentioned that. He's got a new tumor that will eventually pinch off the flow of his intestines and I'm assuming his body will poison itself. He just wants to be doped up at that point and said he hopes the hospital will just give him that extra boost to push him over to the other side.

They probably won't. But you can be his advocate and see to it that his treating physician (and nurse! Make friends with the ones who run things.) maintains him at "terminal comfort" levels or whatever the term is. cn

I don't think I need to bring in the big gun. Just a small hole under his threshold.
Years ago while sealing up a room I went to home depot and asked an employee there who was black;
"where's your black caulk?"
We both looked at eachother and started busting up.

Oh you mean an active one and not a recovering junkie? No idea. I'm guessing straps on the bed, for one. cn
