USPS priority is the way to go. But the first poster was right. As a former employee of UPS I asked in the first week they train you, "How and what should i do if i detect a SUSPISIOUS" package, drugs ect..." She responded in saying that if it doesn't smell funny, isn't leaking or busted open then they don't know. This is only inside the US borders. I don't know how customs work. Though I have received small packages from mexico before. Though it wasn't MJ.;-)
