Oh, this is gooooood! Talk about a revolving door...
Where's one of these for Monsanto execs?
huh! i never knew corzine was from goldman-sachs..but i would be more concerned if these appointments came from lehman brothers.
i mean you GOP'ers told me you have to hire 'smart' experienced people because no one would do this job at minimum wage (when i suggested how many would want congress if the pay were minimum wage).
so the president hired smart, experienced people.
Venn diagram Federal Government Monsanto you'll find something I'm sure.
Goldman Sachs are scum sucking thieves. Practices they like to engage in: Taking bailout money (over 20 billion, all of which went to pay out bonuses which would not have been paid had they not received the money - the top execs actually received slightly more than they received in bailouts... and yes they would have received nothing otherwise) to line their own pockets. Selling stocks to their clients and then betting massively against them... absolute fucking scum of the fucking earth. Money laundering for cartels and large criminal organizations.
And I am no Republican thanks.
Government officials should be held to such an incredibly high standard. Light years beyond what you and I face. So should the enforcers of law. But we don't have that in place. I'm also all for strict controls on the income those who choose to participate in writing and enforcing laws are allowed to participate in during and after their terms are over or they retire or whatever.

They've got one for GE too, and we wonder why they pay nothing in taxes... well, no we don't.

That was probably put together while Dems had control. I'm sure the pubs will catch up.That can't be all can it? Seems awfully light on republicans...

When it comes to corruption and pay offs, DC can be pretty bi-partisan.
Hard to say the Dems (in control) care more about the environment when seeing that. No doubt the average voting dem is more hip to environmental issues than the average voting pub, but to those in control, power is the only party that matters.

This one is the most shocking to me (from your link). How can there be no pubs on this list? Like I said, these must have been put together during that sweet spot of total Dem control.
Backs up what I'm saying about Dems not being as altruistic as some users here would have you believe though.
Very 1984ishThe titles they had at the private business is wild.
Director of government relations.
Lobbyist
Director of Government Affairs...
VP of Gov Affairs
Just wow.

You're not cooking them properly. They are quite tasty when prepared correctly.I have no idea how to determine if Wall Street is dominated by republicans. I just know they are a bunch of filthy rich SOBs that we taxpayers had to bail out, while some CEOs were still receiving their multi-million dollar bonuses.
And so I hate their fucking guts. Democrat or republican.

i don't like it any better than you do..let's take the money out of politics..is this a vote for it?
Funny how none of these diagrams show that:
Supreme Court Justice Thomas (R) was a lead Monsanto attorney.
John Bachmann (R) Chamber of Commerce was member of board at Monsanto and GOP donor while there.
Donald Rummy Rummy Rumsfeld (R) was member of board at Monsanto.
The list goes on. But this is just enough to show that these diagrams are biased, and purposely skewed. Partisan hackery at its finest.
That is not to say, these diagrams highlight political hackery as well, shameful on both ends.
But again, these diagrams are nothing more than partisan hackery.
