Personally I don’t test run off.. never had but this is the first of this issue I’ve had so early on. I did a slurry test and they all came out way under EC. Worst was 0.5 and best was 1.0 average like 0.8.. so it isn’t an over feeding issue that I didn’t think it would be.. roots look healthy..

Yeah, just flushed.. run off is average of 0.8.. 1.5-1.6 in.. think they are over watered.. would that cause the browning of the blade edges and tips though??

0.5 was the worst 1.0 the best.. average of 0.8 from the 6.. so under fed.. everyone saying that it’s over feeding? Haha. What do you think has caused the browning of blade edges and tips? Some look really healthy and overs aren’t and some are turning worse

I'm asking because slurry will give you a reading from the top where the roots aren't.

But tbh I'd say some of them aren't happy with been 40cm away from a 600w mh and some of them want a bit less EC

Yeah I get ya. I did give it a decent scoop here I saw roots.. they seem healthy while I was there, plenty of them. I have raised light over the past day or so to about 50cm

Not usually, I never have really.. haven’t had this issue before but I usually run a different strain so could be the issue of build up.. wouldn’t that be reading a high EC slurry even though? I did go down to the roots with it.. I can test run off because I’ve just flushed them. Should I let this dry out and start feeding with decent run off and see where we get to?

Yeah you'd expect it to be a high ec slurry test. Don't really do them though, I just test run off if I see an issue and most of the time it's that , least in coco.

If you've flushed then you've probably resolved the issue if it was salt build up.

You shouldn't really let coco dry out.
You should always feed to a bit of run off.
Those two things prevent 90% of problems in coco .

yeah dont let dry but water only 500ml each pot that way you are watering every day or every other day, with this feeding schedule you want you ec low, like 1
 
oh and if you flushed add feed next watering but something weak like everyone recommends half the dose floramax gives you

You should always feed to a bit of run off. , disagree, thats when plants are fully rooted and going into full veg , in this state , i would give 500ml, every day or other day ,next week when the plants drink more 600ml and so on, then you want 3 galon pots for the final transplant, and by full flowering you are watering 2.5l and boom xd
adding worm castings to coco is super good for veg, maybe try 30 percent wc next grow,

i veg mine in cups with coco + 30percent worm castings, then they go to 5 l square pots but the medium is peat , (biobizz light mix) that gives me crazy fast seedling stage

when they overgrow their 5l plastic homes they are transplanted to 3 gal (11l) cloth pots with the same biobizz mix + mycorrizae

this and the bio nute from biobizz
nothing else
and they where green and showing no sings of n deff

i tell you this because peat and coco are both a inert medium or soilless
so this way of fertigation is also adequate for you, despite using synthetic nutes

oh and i forgot to tell you that apart from the worm castings i still add bio grow at 1ml per liter every other day when they are in 5l but only after a week or two of only water, because light mix is already prefertilized

oh and going back to your issue, the tip burn is definitely nitrogen excess but it could be that you are feeding way too much n, maybe there is not a salt build up yet, what i see more preoccupating is the lack of vigor or the lack of a plant bonner, this indicates over watering, with overwatering all kinds of weird symptoms show up, one of them is the leave cannoning upwards, this is a way for the plant to reduce light, put that mh at 600mm
