also think of the huge over iluminnated spot underneath that light you want to raise it so it evens out, have you heard of supperspreaders? they are nice for 600watters
 
oh and for the seedlings, they take like 30 or 50 ml of water everyday may be more or less depending on your rh but you sure are overwatering them seedlings, the distorted twisted grow and the pale green is clear overwatering also whats your relative humidity? you dont mention it and if its too low they may be getting a too high vpd and drying out so they can not perform transpiration normaly

Thanks ! This all helps heaps. My RH is terribly low currently so all makes sense for those wee guys. Will let them dry out and increase RH in that tent.
 
you got to rise rh in whatever way possible, i used wet towel insinde the tent once, works good you hang it somewhere and submerge the bottom 1/3rd in a pot with water , does wonders but takes space,
and the tepms, you want your soil at 20c
