I'd suggest handwatering rockwool until you have roots showing. They should be watered based on weight. Check out Al b fucts rockwool cloning thread. Still applies for seedlings.

Funny thing I went to pul the rockwool out of the system and there is now one root about 4-5mm and another visible put hasn't breached the bottom of the rockwool.

Can't realy say without more info plants sometimes stop growing if the temp is too high.i personaly don't think plant should be put anywhere unless there is a root system developing and you can see at least 1 root showing.i would say its heat or you just put them in too early but it could be 1001 answers without info it's hard totell dude.

this is unrelated. i'm looking to find out how far my t5 lights should be off my plants. i dont know how to start a new thread.

t5's can be real close... good lights..
