If Im being sober I can remember them, but now I get way to fucked up before i go to bed.. I dont know why. I feel like if I JUST smoke before bed I could remember them

I remember my lucid dreaming days.. Any ideas on how to do that and do drugs at the same time!?

I seem to remember my dreams much more vividly when I don't smoke weed for a few days (a rare occurrence). During these times my dreams are very intense, and I can remember multiple dreams from these nights. I'm usually pretty high when I head off to bed, and normally don't remember any of my dreams. Anyone else experience this, and why does it happen?

Afraid not. For me, opiates were a dream killer. When I withdrew I had amazingly intense vivid dreams for about a week. Oh, and I rediscovered erections ... cn

Oxycodone? I was doing heroic levels of that; quit cold. Immediately after the peak of withdrawal, and for maybe a week afterwards. Almost did myself an injury, ~grin~.
Methadone (2 years later)? That withdrawal went on for over a month, so definitely during.

Weed used to give me Bud Bone, but no longer I'm afraid. The most amazing drug-induced wood I ever had was from half-hits of DMT. Once the knock-on-god's-door part was over, it was time to wrestle the bishop. Good memories ...
Full doses of Dimetripp, of course, put me so deep into hyperspace that by the time I remembered who i was, any aphrodisiac effect was out of the question. cn

one of the common terpins or cannabanoids(cant spell fuck off, to lazy) suppress's the area of the brain responsible for REM sleep, maybe not REM exactly but the part of the Brain thats makes you have vivid dreams, and thats realated to REM so it doesnt stop REM just stops the dream part of the brain

This explains why my dreams have been more vivid then usual as of late. I've been dry for about 3 weeks now. Thought I'd get drug tested after my interview, nothing, found out there was a second interview. Still no test, but they called me and tell me I passed through that so their doing a background check, 7 business days, should be done tomorrow, hopefully then they'll fucking test me. This dry spell is fucking killing me, but my dreams have been intense as hell....

Yes I experience the exact same thing. Smoke or vape weed nearly everyday, only if I am clean for a day or 2 will I remember a dream. They are also very intense, but hard to say why? For me it usuualy happens during an eventfull/stressfull/out of the ordinary, etc...day/days like flying somewhere to do a job. Another time I went to visit family and it just didn't work out to smoke, then sure enough crazy dreams.

This has got me thinking of quiting for a few days just to see if I have some intense dreams while relazed at home in the norm.

Yeah, I can't remember if I was having a more stressful than usual time during my vivid dreaming, but if I wasn't smoking regularly during those periods, it stands to reason that I was. Let me know if you run that non-smoking experiment at home, Mexiblunt, I don't have the willpower ;)

I have dreams all the time that will only make sense to those who can understand these locations,

universal studios orlando, (the film-set appearance to the street and buildings)
downtown manteo NC (the brick paved walkways, the beautiful bridge and docks along the calm sound)
and the feeling of playing grand theft auto, how every wall is just there for appearance and there is nothing but black space behind it.

I have this reoccurring dream of standing on this street next to this highrise that is on the corner of a square canal, with sailboats and skiffs lined up and spring-tied to the docks/pilings.
But this city in my dream is in the mountains. and the water doesn't really seem to go anywhere. The streets are empty, and the water is choppy, so I find myself in each dream - going to a mall. For the mall, picture dawn of the dead like feeling. No one at all, just vacant stores that look like you could walk in and make yourself anything you'd like... The mall is always quiet, cold, and only illuminated by daylight. The dream shifts into a house that is dug into the ground. I find myself at the bottom of a spiral staircase into a snug white kitchen with hazy white light peircing through the centered sink window by the cabinets and countertop, the white round table pushed off to the right side appears as if a table of four could never comfortably sit in the kitchen and eat, as if its a last resort living quarters. You get the dream like feeling of not seeing outside but having illuminated windows, its almost like my dream is myself trapped in a lonely SIMS like world... keeps getting more vivid and detailed each time.

Dude, that dream sounds simultaneously creepy and cool. To bad it doesn't favor GTA more then it does sims.

I do wonder about dreams I have like that, that almost seems like your subconscious mind is questioning reality as anything more then something preprogrammed.

To be honest, I wouldn't mind finding out this world was nothing but a game we've been plugged into. The only think I would care about is having the cheat codes.:blsmoke:

wow I am honestly surprised anyone gives a shit. the dream has enlightened my conscious. Between lucid dreaming and questioning existance in my every day life, the dream state has become a .....quiet place, if you will..

But usually you are supposed to think of a place you remember very well as your mental quiet place, I have created mine from scratch. But instead of wishing I could find this place and understand why I keep having dreams about it, instead of wanting the dream to become a reality....I've basically drawn the conclusion that this wasn't a dream of the future or a warning.. It was my mental creativity trying to find a place that made it happy, and the idea of it has brought so much joy to myself, and to others from sharing my dream, that I am determined to make it a reality. I want to gather my friends and find friends who understand the universe and all the factors preventing advancement of society.. I'm not saying I'm going to start up some concentrations camps....I'm saying I would love to create this landscape for fellow trippers and astronomers to unite and research the topics that have been neglected for thousands of years. Get back to doing incredible long lasting feats of mankind.

The most vivid dream ive had to my memory was a three part dream where i woke up for 10 minutes then went back to sleep and progressed further but here goes,The beginning of it started in a ahouse with white metal roofing, inside there members of my family mostly cousins and 2 aunts,i was in the living room with a cousin and she looked like she was mentaly deranged.one aunt was cursing and bitching while i was talking to the 2nd aunt and she was moving out of the house. The other 2 cousins were playing with black magic books and attempting some kind of ritual ..very weird. Then the 1st cousin started to shake and convulse like being possesed, this is were i woke the 1st time, back to sleep shortly after ,Then i go back to the house it was dark inside, there was blood on the floor and some on the walls,i saw the cousins had turned into zombies and that my aunt turned into a demon.I go toward the basement out by the back door and two demonlike zombies were talking at me in devilspeak i point at them and say "get the fuck out of here" and they vanish.I go back to the basement door were it was only an entrance and walk in ,now i have a samurai sword in hand and walk down some stairs to find another demon in the dark and i square off against it only barely seeing its silhouette waiting for it to lunge at me and never did, then i wake up the 2nd time.Kind of freaked out by the whole thing I just say fuck that and go back to sleep,Im in the house with the aunt who moved out and we were in the dining room with my mother,we were talking about the infestation of the house and what we needed to do to get rid of them, then I had said something that sounded like an invocation and my voice thundered throughout the entire house GET OUT AND DIE.Shortly after things went silent no more demons or blood or darkness,I open a door in the living room to one of the bedrooms and open the closet to find a witch dressed in grey a cloathing holding a knife in her hand and another witch on the floor with her throat slit.I remember talking to the aunt again for a moment and the dream ended.

That had to be one of the craziest experiences ive ever had, pretty f$#ed up sh$#t!

I've read acid helps disable a filter that prevents abstract thought. :) I like the idea of a place where people could experiment and discover on a constant basis. The advancement would be unreal. So many people have so many fascinating ideas, but no way to develop them...

It may be because I'm still waiting to be able to smoke, but I had a dream vivid as hell last night. Someone rolled a joint with really good bud, and then took off the paper, and the bud was so sticky it held its shape and we smoked it like that. It tasted delicious.

I've been dreaming every night since these posts, nothing vivid just ordinary dreams, It seems I remember them the moment I wake up, but they are gone by the time I'm off to work, like I said they were "ordinary" dreams. Maybe if I can manage to abstain they would be more vivid. Been high everyday, it might just be that i'm thinking about dreaming when I go to bed or paying more attn when I wake up?
