Vivosun tent 5x5 missing 4 poles

I bought it from amazon warehouse for $60 but someone swapped the bag with the 4 "C" poles with ones from a 4x4 everything is new in the bag otherwise
any ideas?

Well was it sold by Vivosun or Amazon? If it was sold by Amazon then you'll need to contact Amazon.

If you didn't purchase from Vivosun then you need to work with the actual seller you purchased it from. It's no different than buying something like a Kitchenaid mixer from a seller other than Kitchenaid. You would need to contact the seller if you had an issue with your purchase and not Kitchenaid.

Amazon warehouse is Amazon so you need to work with Amazon and not Vivosun. I would do what Vivosun suggested and return the tent to Amazon warehouse.

OK this is the best MacGyver process I can think of for this is to go to your local hardware store and to get the proper size PVC piping that you are missing you are then going to use duct tape and sealants preferably rubber cement type to attach the polls to the other ones that they come in fit in properly. Then you are going to cut them where they supposed to connect into the attachment brackets that way you can make it fit into your tent properly.

It's not right, send it back to Amazon and get a new one. Amazon has one of the best return policies, no sense in wasting your time doing anything else.

#2 guckinF Vivosun doesn't have poles for their own tent huh? First vivosun tent I ever bought. Granted they can't supply shit to every Amazon thief who steals shit and returns it, tell me that! I'll keep buying Zazzy tents I guess.

Maybe amazon replaced the missing poles with the wrong one, who knows, but I bought an open item with missing parts, that was open,new and 100% there for even less, where the first was "new" w/ olny a damaged box....
