I bought it from amazon warehouse for $60 but someone swapped the bag with the 4 "C" poles with ones from a 4x4 everything is new in the bag otherwise
any ideas?

If it was sold by Amazon Inc, you might need to contact Amazon for help. We seller have no access to orders like that.
This happens because Amazon bought some of our products and sell them on the platform as well; in this case, Amazon serves as a seller, not just the online shopping platform.
