Hi All,
I recently purchased the "Speedster" variable fan speed controller from the states and want to use it here in Asia but the voltage is different.
The Speedster has an input voltage of 120V while the voltage in Asia is 220V.
My question is, my current 6" exhaust fan is a 220V so would I need to use 1 or 2 voltage converters in order to use the speedster? Do I use the converter at the output of The Speedster or at the input of the Speedster? Or do I need to use 2 converters, one for the input (exhaust fan to the Speedster) and one for the input (from the Speedster to the electrical outlet?)
Its kinda hard for me to explain but I hope some of you understand what my question is and can offer some advice by looking at the diagram I drew below!
Thanks!
