Just as a few posts ago you claimed Supplemental Security Insurance (commonly called Social Security=> http://www.ssa.gov/ssi/ ) was a "pay it forward fund". It isn't. It never was. But you state it as if it were true to justify your viewpoint. You lack the ability to discern what you want to be true from what actually is true. This is why your opinions are not respected.
