Way too hot

Ok guys I have a nice size grow room with 2- 400 watt hps, a Co2 system, fan, and 2 ebb and flow systems. ..... i noticed that my buds are slowing up and I am just seeing vertical growth and not bud formation. I think its way too hot in my room. WHAT SHOULD I do? Can I save my plants and have them produce buds? Should I just grab a portable air conditioner? I see they can get very expensive.... I also thought about connecting to the central air in the house somehow.....this room is in the basement so it seemed like a good idea but I don't know how....thanks for help!!!

I think with the lights on its way past 85. Feels like 90. Need to check again.

1. vent the lights
2. get fans to blow the heat away from the light.
3. Last resort get Portable AC. If too expensive get window AC.
