Way too many contradictions in this hobby.

Harvest time is a HUGE HUGE contradiction, depending on who you hear it from or where you read about it.

Here's a YouTube channel i started watching, and the content is GREAT, very polished, dude gets his harvests tested by a lab n everything. This video shows them harvesting El Dorado OG at like 59 days, and, when he shows the trichs I still see tons of clear. Guaranteed every single grower here would say "needs 2-4 more weeks", but I doubt anyone here is winning Canna Cups in Spain with their weed, lol.

No matter what the subject is, someone out there (thinks he/she) knows more than you about that subject. Try joining an air cooled VW forum if you think weed forums are bad.

Harvest time is also entangled with another huge contradiction which is that, harvesting by trichomes colors, follows the school of thought that correlates:
clear-to-cloudy trichomes with a rush high,
and amber trichomes with couch lock high.

EDIT:
A lot of people try to harvest depending on the percentage of clear, cloudy and amber trichomes.

While others say that harvesting only by trichome color would be like selecting beer only by alcohol percentage. And that harvests depend on different aspects, (color, terpenes, pistols, swelling, etc) trichomes also being one of them.

Its all a matter of preference. Me, personally, I have tried both, and I prefer to guess upon the general aspect of the flowers.
