oh really they are all potent. yeah so nirvana is very good is also heard from some one about the big bud but what about AK47 is that good. also it needs to be grown inside

theres 3 strains from nirvana off the top of my head that are medium or less strength.

super potent weed has more than 16% thc

the 3 above all have less that 15%

dude, just get ssome fuckin seeds no one is gonna be able to tell you the "Best Strain" becuase it depends on your preferance. just pick one that you like. and when he said white strains he meant strains of pot that are in the white family, like white widow and white rhino.
