there was a point in this thread that you actually made a comment in regards to the OP's post, on the contrary I can't find a single comment direct towards the OP's grow from the other said RIU member. No issue with those who call it like they see it if they have the experience to do it. However, to come on a thread and not post anything constructive what so ever in regards to the OP's post, but rather bash on someone for trying to give advice as.

Furthermore, you questioned the post about the blurple led and the experience, rather then making sideways, rude comments.

At this point out of respect for OP I will be removing myself from this thread, as he was asking for advice, and it seems people would rather troll then give any type of actually suggestion in regards to the question the OP posed.

Good luck with your grows @ShinKicker and again, my apologize for the way this thread as steered away from it's original purpose.

Have you used the Chinese blurple lights lol, some work just do your research before buying ....hid is a proven producer but it's old tech that not as efficient as led and cost a lot more to run and maintenance then cheap Chinese led , you can find good led light for cheaper than most hid setups nowadays and the savings from not having to run as much equipment to control temps and replace bulbs is a plus...from my experience Chinese blurple has given me better quality meds and lower cost ..just my experience not saying it would work that way for everyone

Yep I have used them hence my don't spend HUNDREDS to hang them in a garage under your 8ft flourescent tubes comment, researched the he'll out of em, here's a pic of one of my galaxyhydrosIMAG1061.jpg

Sin mint cookies still flowering lights off at the moment 20160505_152916.jpg can get whole plant pic of pot and size later this is all i have in my phone until lights come on I don't own a scale just grow for medicine

She is a very pretty gal, nice frost good amount of bud sites, if it works for you keep doing what you are doing, but in my experience I've have ran the same strains under both lighting, while my hps and cooling did cost twice as much, I also yielded twice as much, so the point of cheaper for led may be true for a per plant comparison twice the cost for twice the yield is a push on price in my book, also didn't notice the huge difference in potency that I heard about, just what I've seen, I'm sure if your hid lighting run would have given you the same results you would have stuck with it

First, your advice was a whole lot of nothingness except where you suggest garnering your advice from more seasoned growers. You know, much like I suggested.

Second, the advice you are trying to defend was BS and did NOT address any problem nor the question asked. Yes, it was fairly harmless and while just recognizing the light being used was different than his was hardly a revelation.

Third, i didn't add more advice because I felt others answers were handling it fine and felt the bigger need of thwarting BS of a couple different kinds was needed more. What did you add except the elementary and reiterating what others already said. My God, you should write a book.

Lastly, Fruitspirit responded just fine and didn't need your help. Happy Mothers day.

I am also growing Blue dream. I am using a 1000 watt hps for veg and flower. I don't have a lot of room so I went with a scrog. I am in day 16 of flower. Hoping for a nice harvest.
