Weird yellow burn on new growth

No pest to be found. I'm going to transplant one and see if the soil has anything to do with. PH is good temps are good. Light is HLG 550 set to 250-280 watt.

Thrips my friend. You have them. Thrips leave a shiny glittery residue or shimmer on the leaves. This is assuming humidity is controlled and not too high. Good luck getting rid of them.

Nah it's not thrips I would've seen them by now. If anything it's russet or broad but I've searched extensively for them with 200x and couldn't find any.
