I’m watching it too , first three episodes had me thinking “this is trippy “ and the fourth was like “I took to much. “
I’m barely even buzzed but I’m tripping on the writers, definitely gonna look to see if there’s more stuff I would enjoy by these sickos.

By the way, I really liked 3 Body Problems. It seems a little incomprehensible at first, but it's quite intriguing. It's one of those series that you watch not only out of curiosity about what will happen next, but to understand what's going on here. I'm looking forward to the 2nd season.

I played the game at some point. I liked the first episode a lot. 4 stars, yes.
Watched the first episode of Ripley last night. Stylish af in silvery black and white and taut framing. Way different than Matt Damon and Jude Law chewing the scenery in the original (enjoyable) movie.

Another film to watch out for if you are susceptible to VIMS (Visually induced motion sickness) : The Ministry of Ungentlemanly Warfare
I was about 10 min into the film last night and started to feel "off". Almost thought I might have a dose of food poisoning. Nausea, vertigo, headache.
Laid down at 8 last night woke up this morning at 6, felt fine, nothing residual.
Couldn't figure out what was wrong, had a "ah hah" moment and researched the movie and found:
"It’s a period piece in WWII and I anticipated Ritchie’s annoying use of shaky cam and slow motion to make a good story hard to watch."
Too bad, looks like a good flick with the new guy that plays "Reacher" in it.
Here's a writeup I did previous on VIMS

Just finished the most unique miniseries I've ever seen, DEVS. It is written and directed by Alex Garland, maker of Ex Machina, one of my fav films. DEVS is genius, it delves into our illusion of free will, simulation theory, and the multiple worlds hypothesis. Philosophically, I am a hard determinist, I believe there is no such thing as choice or free will. Determinism has always stated that if we had a computer with near infinite processing capability and enough data, we could look backward and forward in a linear timeline (it isn't really linear, we simply perceive it that way) to see all that has happened, and all that will happen with complete accuracy. Well, in this fantasy world, we finally did it. Welcome to DEVS, the most interesting 8 hours of TV you're likely to experience. Enjoy...
