What are your top 5 favorite TASTING strains?

In no particular order: jack flash, lemon deisel, real NorCal Trainwreck, purps, old school G13....

Right now I have some thc bomb that are flowering and smell delicious and are freekin monsters! Sweet, fruity and delicious! I also have a pineapple chunk that smells so citrusy it almost reminds me of the G and that rotten grapefruit smell but more sweet with a little something I havnt put my nose on yet..... We will see in three to four weeks how it turns out!

I would love to try the chocolate Thai... And Dr. Grinspoon sounds so damn intriguing!

Some of these may owe a little to the period of time spent reminiscing about the "good ol days" when I was young and Exodus ruled the UK grow scene. :)

I also haven't been able to keep up with most of the newer strains, so this list will probably change as i grow more stuff myself and know exactly what I'm smoking...

1. Original blueberry (from around 1999)
2. UK Cheese (again, the earlier stuff)
3. Super Lemon Haze
4. Northern Lights #5
5. Thai Stick (a one-off score of genuine red-threaded old-school quality sativa bought in Thailand from some mafia types via a British bar-owner I knew. Was outstanding and almost psychedelic high)

Sour Diesels
These all have a certain synonymy of flavor in different proportion and their various crosses tend to have ties back. It's that synonymous flavor with the sour that I like best.
HP-13 (like you pissed your pants visiting a rubber band factory then a skunk died while shitting on your face) lol
Shoreline (like spiced limes and scotch tape adhesive) fookin' beats me but it is delish!

So many good choices...

TGA Dairy Queen - if you can find the lemonade pheno it smells like Snapple lemonade with a heavy lemon taste, the flavor even carries over to some tincture I made. Search for the cut it's easier than finding the pheno in TGA gear, I got lucky.

Super Silver Haze

Buddha Tahoe (Tahoe OG) - Cali Connection, Very unique flavor and smell

Critical Mass

Berry White - Green Beanz, new breeder on the scene the Berry White cut is floating around blueberry taste with a very unique smell, just released Berry White BX's (pre 99 DJ Blueberry (sativa) x White Indica

I also dislike garlic tasting strains as I smoke all day and love a good taste!

Every time I've ever had bad tasting weed it was due to improper flushing, which has become incredibly popular here in Colorado now that you can't smoke in the dispensaries. Its a sin what many of those frauds pass off as 'medicine'. That said, any real sour d cut, strong blueberry, strong skunk, or grapefruit really float my boat. I also got a taste of a devastating black pepper pheno of sensi's Black Domina that was fucking fantastic.

Wha?? :shock: So are you saying JTR and Vortex aren't that potent? I've never tried em', so I have no opinion, but there sure is a lot of hype about em. I was lookin forward to growing a couple of those biotches


And out of curiousity, what's your favorite breeder/headstash?
