Ya we need a pic. However, if they're super small, orange or rust colored, they could be spider mites. I would treat them for mites just to be sure.

i was thinking mites myself. but without a picture i cant say anything.

First thing that comes to mind is Thripes... Can't diagnose without pics. But, i would spray with neem and see what happens. If you spray, make sure you get the undersides of EVERY leaf and the stems..

Ya could be Thrips as well. That would be better than mites. Were all just guessing without pics dude, so snap em and post em.

SM-90, insect soap, fire. They all work (fire works best).
