i also suck at finding employment lol. i also suck at running and at many sports esp. basketball. & i suck at ice skating but i do it anyway.

Just a tip, it looks like your heat is too high. Cook them over medium to medium high heat, wait till it looks like a sponge on one side (where all the bubbles have popped) then flip over for about 5-8 minutes.
