or at least that is what i've come to call them and had been taught to call them from a gym instructor. lol

JUST NOT AS FAST! Annnd instead of just going back to the starting position, once in regular push-up position, go back the way you came....
Do one of them every 5 seconds.. GO INSANELY SLOWWWWW.. For more burn.
this excersize pretty much works every muscle you need to be active.
