How did this thread turn so political all of a sudden? And I can tell you many republicans stopped supporting Bush long before Obama took office. In fact many, myself included, are now registered independants. We didn't like how Bush handled the economic situation, but Obama has just fast forwarded that process. We are sick of the government telling us what to do, so we are starting to stand up. Obama surrounds himself with radicals, thus, creating the same image for himself. I say, screw the republicans, screw the democrats. We need to stand up for America, and what we were founded on. Throw them all out of office, and lets start new. We need REAL Americans to lead this country. And calling someone a racist because they don't believe in your philosophy just shows you are ignorant and unable to back up your claims with facts. You lose all credibility, and no one will have an honest discussion with you. Stop acting immature and start debating with facts.

i agree with u and i actually appreciate free thinkin republicans and independents...unlike 99% of the ppl on this post i have been in the protest movement for the last 8 years of life and i have travled all over the us speaking to all types of ppl about the issues facing this country..so trust me when i tell u that i dont come to any conclusions lightly..but u cant tell me that there is a huge racist undercurrent to all these healthcare protests...from the protest signs to the backward arguments made by the ppl holding them...and as far as the ignorance goes thats the only other possibility unless u want to conceed that some of these ppl actually know better...in that case there not ignorant just copable for misinformation which in my eyes is worse than being racist and ignorant its flat out treason to take advantage of the more uneducated spectrum of our society for political gain...and whats even worse is that ppl dont realize that there patriotism is being exploited while simultaneously exposing american ignorance,lack of compassion and racism to the world...that sux

Very good post. Yes throw the bums out! Most of them only represent themselves, and and they would love for us to fall into the same old democrat vs republican debate.
When the republican congress broke their promises, and turned corrupt, and Bush increased government spending, and bureaucracy...and bailed out the banking system and the unions - like a friggin democrat - I can no longer support the republican party. I won't be fooled again.

Not every black is a thug like Obama and his corrupt Acorn organization. Those who can't admit that there are actually intelligent, honest, and respectable blacks, who are more deserving, and capable are... the real racists. They are the same folks who think blacks need special privileges, because they aren't capable of being successful on their own. Explain that to all the successful blacks, who didn't need your help to succeed in every aspect of their lives.
