What is causing this?

I was thinking nutrient burn but I have a thrips problem too now

Spider Mites would be my guess without seeing it up close

That is what I was thinking but I haven't seen a mite.. I just been seeing thrips

Here is what I see crawling around and I've been spraying with azo

Looks just like spider mites. Neem oil.
